Banana Flip
A quick recipe
in a liquidiser with a few interesting
variations.
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- ½ - 1 pint Soya milk
- Sugar to taste
Method:
Put the bananas and the Soya milk into the
blender and blend for 30 seconds. Add a couple of
teaspoons of sugar and blend for a further 5 - 10
seconds. Taste and add more sugar if required,
noting the total amount for future reference. The
amount of sugar depends upon the sweetness of the
bananas, Soya milk and you palette.
Variations:
- Add chocolate chips;
- Add toffee or caramel;
- Use brown sugar instead of white; .
Storage:
Keep in the refrigerator for a few days at the
most - this is so quick and easy that you
shouldn't need to prepare it more than a few
hours in advance any way.
Serving
suggestions:
Serve ice cold.
