The 3 Dimensional Optimisation allows you to
select two input variables and, using an
output variable as the success criterion,
find an optimum value for each of them. The
output of this process is in the form of a
graph which uses colour as the third
dimension, plotted against the two input
variables of your choice. The actual
optimisation can be performed automatically
or graphs can be produced that show bands of
colour indicating performance for a
particular pair of input variable values.
