Stir-fry spicy beans with Chow Mein noodles

Put the noodles on to cook.

in a saucepan, add a little oil and quickly fry the chillies.

Add the small, chopped onion and fry that.

When the onion is soft, add the garlic and ginger and continue to fry for a minute or so.

Add the hot bean sauce and the hoi sin sauce.

Then add the soy sauce and the sesame oil.

Drain the noodles once they are cooked - these take longer to cook than the rice noodles.

Add the drained noodles to the sauce and stir in.

Variations:

Add or substitute anything that you like:
