The whole painting - 'Pandy' - One of our cats in an Art Nouveau style dreaming of a gold leaf Ashvata tree, a golden globe and a psychodelic crow. Unusually, I have shown the painting in its frame - this is because the painting goes beyond the frame and in the way that the Ashvata tree invades and feeds off the dreams of the kitten, it also starts to escape from the canvas itself, starting to transcend into the space of the room itself. |

This is a stereo pair of the painting - two images taken from different angles so that the lighting is different on each and also so that you can see the frame standing out (albeit the depth being somewhat exaggerated in this case). More importantly, you can see the gold in the painting as it reflects the illuminating light substantially differently to the oil paint for any given angle/pair of angles. To view, cross your eyes slightly so that the images are superimposed and your brain will do the rest. |

Pandy the kitten fast asleep (she is called 'Pandy' because of the black fur markings over her eyes). |
